ថ្ងៃទី១ នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាននៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ

     

បន្ទាប់ពីការឈប់សម្រាកបុណ្យអុំទូក បណ្តែតប្រទីប និងសំពះព្រះខែ អកអំបុក (Water Festival) អស់រយេះពេល៣ថ្ងៃ​កន្លងទៅថ្មីៗ កម្ពុជាក៏មានព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តមួយទៀតគឺកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាន ដែលឆ្នាំនេះកម្ពុជាធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ​ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងនោះក៏មានប្រមុខ​រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ាន (ASEAN) បានអញ្ជើញ​ចូលរួម លើកលែងតែប្រទេសភូមាមិនបានចូលរួម (កំពុងមានវិបត្តិផ្ទៃក្នុង)។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត​ លោកប្រធានាធិបតីអាមេរិកក៏មានវត្តមានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាននេះ​ផងដែរ។​ តាមការប្រកាសរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក៏បានអញ្ជើញប្រធានាធិបតីរុស្ស៊ីដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ​ខ្ញុំ​មិនទទួលបានព័ត៌មានជាផ្លូវការណាមួយដែលប្រកាសដោយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលថា​ លោកប្រធានាធិបតីរុស្ស៊ី​ ពូ ទីន មានវត្តមានក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះទេ។​ 

ជាទូទៅខ្ញុំតែងតែទៅលេងផ្ទះនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីសម្រាកលំហែរកាយ ហើយក៏ជាឱកាសដ៏ល្អបំផុតដែលឆ្នាំនេះបាន​ឈប់សម្រាករយ:ពេលយូរដោយសារតែប្រទេសកម្ពុជាត្រូវធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះក្នុងការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាន ទើបក្រសួង​អប់រំយុវជន​និងកីឡា បានប្រកាសអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញឈប់សម្រាករយេ:ពេល៣ថ្ងៃបន្ថែម ក្នុងគោល​បំណងដើម្បីបញ្ចៀសការកកស្ទះចរាចរនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញនៅអំឡុងពេលដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ប្រទេសជាតិនេះ។ 

ខ្ញុំហាក់ដូចជាមិនដឹងថាទៅណា ដំបូងក្នុងថ្ងៃដំបូងនៃពិធីបុណ្យអុំទូក ខ្ញុំក៏បានទៅផ្ទះនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីប្រមូលឯកសារ​មួយ​ចំនួនសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់។​ ក្រោយពីរកឃើញឯកសារដែលត្រូវការជាចាំបាច់រួចមក ខ្ញុំក៏ជិះរថយន្តក្រុង (ក្រុមហ៊ុនសូរិយា) នៅវេលាម៉ោង៣:៣០នាទីរសៀល ដើម្បីធ្វើដំណើរពីខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ មករាជធានីភ្នំពេញវិញ។ រថយន្តក្រុងបានមកដល់ភ្នំពេញនៅវេលាម៉ោង៩:១៥នាទីយប់។ ព្រឹកឡើងខ្ញុំក៏ចាប់ផ្តើមប្រមូលឯកសារដែលសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីរៀបចំសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់បន្ទាប់ពីថ្ងៃឈប់​សម្រាកនាកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ានបានបញ្ចប់។​

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃ​ព្រហស្បត្តិ៍ ទី១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២២នេះ ខ្ញុំបានទៅហាងកាហ្វេមួយក្នុងចំណោមហាងកាហ្វេដែលមានស្លាកយីយោ ប្រោន (Brown Cafe) ដើម្បីទទួលទានកាហ្វេគ្រាន់លំហែអារម្មណ៍អស់រយេះពេលជិត២ម៉ោង ដោយអង្គុយមើលព័ត៌មានជាតិ​និងអន្តរជាតិនៅលើទូរស័ព្ទសាំងសុងបត់ទី៣របស់ខ្ញុំ។​​ បន្ទាប់មកខ្ញុំក៏ត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញដើម្បីគេងសម្រាកបន្ទាប់ពីទទួលទានអាហារ​ថ្ងៃត្រង់រួចមក។​ ចម្លែកណាស់នៅត្រង់ថាមួយរយេះនេះខ្ញុំហាក់ដូចជាគេងមិនបានស្ងប់ទាល់តែសោះ បើទោះបីជាខ្ញុំមាន​ពេលសម្រាកជាច្រើនថ្ងៃក៏ដោយ ប្រហែល​មកពីខ្ញុំជាមនុស្សចូលចិត្តគិតច្រើនតាំងពីនៅវ័យជំទង់ បានន័យថាខ្ញុំបានចាក​ចេញពីផ្ទះស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើតាំងពីខ្ញុំមានអាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំ (មិនទាន់គ្រប់អាយុធ្វើការ)​ តែដើម្បីមានការងាររដ្ឋធ្វើ ខ្ញុំក៏បានតម្លើងអាយុរហូតដល់១៨ឆ្នាំ (នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨២) គឺចូលបម្រើការងារជាយុទ្ធជននគរបាលនៃស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ (ជំនាន់នោះគឺហៅថា មន្ទីរនគរបាលប្រជាជនក្រុងកំពង់សោម)។ ខ្ញុំនៅចាំថា នៅពេលប្រជុំប្រចាំខែ លោកប្រធាននគរបាលក្រុង​គឺសមមិត្ត ខាំ ហ្វាន់ រីឯអនុប្រធានមន្ទីរ២នាក់ទៀតគឺ សមមិត្ត ឯម ប៊ុនសាត និងសមមិត្ត ចាន់ ស៊ីផុន (ពេលនោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមន្ទីរមានត្រឹមតែ៣នាក់តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ) តែងតែប្រកាស់ចំនួននគរបាលនៅក្នុងទីក្រុង គឺមានតែចំនួន១៨នាក់ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ គឺមិនរាប់បញ្ចូលទៅនឹងបុគ្គលិកនគរបាលនៅ​តាមស្រុក-ខណ្ឌនៅឡើយ។

តើជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩កើតឡើងដោយសារអ្វី?

អស់រយៈពេលជិត៣ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកហើយ ដែលចម្ងល់នេះនៅតែបង្កប់នៅក្នុងភាពមន្ទិលសង្ស័យ​ ដោយគ្មានប្រភពណាបកស្រាយជាក់លាក់អំពីប្រភពជម្ងឺដ៏កាចសាហាវនេះនោះឡើយ។ បណ្តាប្រទេសមហាយក្សតែងតែចោទប្រកាន់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក សូម្បីតែអង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោក WHO ដែលជាអង្គការសាម៉ីក៏មិនទាន់ប្រកាសចេញនូវព៍ត៌មានជាក់លាក់អំពីជម្ងឺកូវីដ១៩ផងដែរ។

ទស្សនៈអំពីវិមានឈ្នះឈ្នះ!!!

វិមានឈ្នះឈ្នះរបស់សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែននាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃ ព្រះរាជាណាកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានដាក់ សម្ពោធឡើងនៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី២៩ ខែ ធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ក្នុងគោលបំណងរំលឹក
ឡើងវិញនូវការតស៊ូដ៏ស្វិតស្វាញទាំង ផ្នែកយោធា និង​ផ្នែកនយោបាយ​តាមរយៈគោលនយោបាយឈ្នះៗ​ដែលធ្វើអោយមេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហម និងកម្លាំងទ័ពខ្មែរក្រហមទាំងមូល បានសុខចិត្តចុះចូលរួមនឹងរាជ​រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៅខែ ធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៨ បាននាំយកនូវសន្តិសុខទូទាំងប្រទេសជូនប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។

ទោះបីមានទស្សនៈផ្សេងៗ  មានការរិះគន់ និងវាយប្រហារ ការសម្ពោធ វិមានឈ្នះឈ្នះនេះ​ក៏ ដោយក៏ប៉ុន្តែខ្ញុំអាចចងចាំយ៉ាង ច្បាស់ អំពីដំណើរជីវិតរបស់ ខ្ញុំចាប់ តាំងពីកុមារភាពរហូតដល់​គោល​នយោបានឈ្នះឈ្នះ នេះបានលេច ចេញជារូបរាង និងនាំយកមក នូវសន្តិសុខជូនប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងសម្រាប់រូបខ្ញុំបាទផងដែរ។

ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាបានរងទុក្ខ លំបាក ជាច្រើនទស្សវត្សរ៍មកហើយ គឺ​ស្គាល់ តែសង្រ្គាម និងការព្រាត់ ប្រាស់ គ្រួសារ។ ប្រជាជននាសម័យនោះបាត់ឱកាសរៀនសូត្រ​ដោយសារតែគេចគ្រាប់ផ្លោង សាលារៀន មន្ទីរពេទ្យ ផ្ទះសម្បែង ត្រូវបានបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញដោយសារ​សង្រ្គាមស៊ីវិល បង្ហូរតែឈាមខ្មែរគ្នាឯង មិន ខុសអ្វីពីស្ថានភាពដ៏ដុនដាបនៅប្រទេសស៊ីរីនាពេល​បច្ចុប្បន្នឡើយ។

អ្វីដែលយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាត្រូវគិតបន្ត នោះ មិនមែនការហែកហួរគ្នា មិនមែនការផ្តួលរំលំរដ្ឋាភិបាល តែត្រូវចូលរួមរិះរកមធ្យោបាយ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណា ក៏សាងប្រទេសយើង អោយកាន់តែមានភាពរីកចម្រើន ប្រជាជនគួរតែសហការជា មួយរាជ រដ្ឋាភិបាល គាំទ្រនូវគោល នយោបាយកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណា​កុំអោយមានគម្លាត រវាងអ្នកក្រ និងអ្នកមានខ្លាំងពេក រួចចាប់ដៃគ្នាទៅប្រកួតប្រជែងជាមួយ​បណ្តាប្រទេសជិតខាងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។

ទស្សនៈរបស់ខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថា ប្រសិនបើប្រទេសយើងគ្មានសន្តិសុខភាពទេនោះ យើងពិតជាគ្មាន ឱកាសដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍ  សេដ្ឋកិច្ច​គ្រួសារ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិយើងបានឡើយ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ប្រទេស​យើង​បានក្លាយជាប្រទេសមានសិទ្ធស្មើនិងប្រទេសនានាថ្វីបើប្រទេសយើងជាប្រទេសតូច ក៏ប៉ុន្តែយើង មាន​ឯករាជភាពពេញលេញ ឈរត្រង់ ដើរត្រង់ ដូចបណ្តាប្រទេសដ៏ទៃដែរ សូមរក្សាសន្តិភាពនេះ អោយ​បាន​គង់វង្សសម្រាប់កូនចៅយើងជំនាន់ក្រោយបានស្គាល់តែភាពរុងរឿង។​

MY WEEKEND!!!

Now I am at AEON Mall to sit in the Costa Coffee Shop at the ground floor. I am opening my iPad Pro 9.7 and sign in my blog to drop lines on it for my entertainment. It is my documentary, which I have written for a long time. I sometimes open my blog to surf the information when I need them. My favorite activities are preparing things for my tomorrow work or jotting down some of my experiences in my life on my personal diary.

There are many things of my plans which I have not yet done. However, I am trying to complete them before I am going to start the new steps. There are two options to be chosen. The two options are good so that I have to think carefully before I am going to make up my mind. I love my work so much because it is my favorite. I have always spent most of my times on my works. I want my staffs are active and creative people. I also want my staffs to work with hi-technology because they just spend a little time, but they are able to get big achievement.

I have stopped working for the government (my previous job as police officer) since 2016 because I did not have enough time for it.  There are many reasons, which I decided to quit my previous job because I need my children to study at BELTEI International School and I am also able to use my experiences to apply with my job at BELTEI International School. On the other hand, my boss, H.E. LY Chheng, is a good person, whom I have met and worked for him for 10 years. In fact, being a top leader should be reflexcible and adapted to the real situations.

Talking about my two options which I have monetioned above, I think I might be chosen the last option because I really want to transfer the basic hi-technology to my staffs for work. There are many things to do everyday (a pile of works) for staffs of BELTEI so that they need know how to use the hi-technology for help and make it easier. For instance, BELTEI International School has set up a lot of programs for the students. They students will be the benefit from them. When the students of BELTEI graduated Grade 12 from BELTEI, they will be easy to catch the lesson from the oversea university and get all the experiences from BELTEI to apply with their studies at overseas.

It is not difficult for BELTEI students, who have chance to study abroad. They have already trained the new things, so they just use their previous experiences to the new situation only. For these reasons all staffs who are working for BELTEI also need to update their general knowledge including the hi-technology. Hi-technology can help them to combine many big things to the small one. Therefore, they can also save their time for long hour to the short time for these works as well.  I can say a good teacher should make a complexible lesson to an easy lesson from the book to each his/her students. When the students understand his/her lessons, they are happy to learn with their teacher, and they will earn their knowledge from school. On the other hand, these students have strong a confident to do the National Exam because they have practiced from homework, monthly test, semester exams already.

My elder son, my daughter-in-law, and my grandson.

Last couple days, my son and his family trip to Siem Riep in order to visit Angkor Wat which is the famous temple in the world. The reason why they visited Angkor Wat is his brother-in-law came from Australia to visit his family in Cambodia. My youngest son also asked permission from me to accompany with his brother to Siem Riep as well because at that time is the vacation.

Before starting their trip, they came to visit my in the office where is at BELTEI International University (Discipline & Order Office). I also took some photos with my grandson, KIM Monireach, has 8 months and so smart.

They went to Siem Riep by their own car because it is easy to part in the middle of road from Sihanouk province to Siem Riep. On the other hand, they are also easy to visit somewhere without waiting for the taxi or three vehicle transportation (Cambodian called Roeumork, Thai called Tuk Tuk).

My older son did the selfie with his older brother-in-law, and my grandson was behind them.

Nirouk is working for the government this year. He has worked for one of the private banks in Sihanouk province after graduated economic bachelor degree. During working time with the banking, he earned some experiences from it for his life. His ambition is willing to work for Cambodian government. Now his dream becomes true.

He always asks some advices from me when he meets obstacles in the working place. He is one of my children whom I love so much because he always obeys his parents.

I always worry about him because it is the first time that he steps in the society that has many things to face by chance. He needs to know more issues and learns how to sold the problems which always taken place in this society as well.

New Trainee CD of BELTEI 13

I am writing about new cd on my website at SPARK restaurant.

I entered my office at 7:35a.m. in the morning. I have been working around one hour, I got a call from my respectful H.E. LY Chheng, a Director-General of BELTEI Group and also the president of BELTEI International University, to tell me about a new CD13 trainee. He is Mr. Prum Samvichet, a Deputy Campus Director in charge of English program.

Recently, I called Mr. Prum Samvichet to come to my office, then we both went to BELTEI 13 together. I showed what are the cored works to him one by one. He is the one who is keen on work because I just show the experiences one time, he is able to go to the points.

Mr. Prum Samvichet is a smart and kind person whom I have known. He sometimes raises his good ideas in a meeting of Deputy Campus Directors (DEs) in order to share good experiences to DEs how to do the tasks. Furthermore, he is also a helpful person when people around him ask for help.

What I would like to show my feeling on my website about him is I am willing to strengthen Campus 13 (BELTEI Camko City Roundabout) to become a famous school in that location. BELTEI 13 has been run around 2 and  the half years only. Therefore, there are many things need to do more. When I knew Mr. Prum Samvichet is going to be a new campus director of BELTEI 13, I strongly believe he is able to complete my dream to become true. I am also happy to exchange the experiences to each other as well.

to sum up, I am willing to see BELTEI Campus 13 become a famous school in that location in the near future.



A woman who is sitting near by him is his beloved wife. I have never met her before, but I can guess they are sweet and happiness family.

The smart and honest wife can also help her husband to achieve his work because her husband no needs to think much about small things in the family. He just concentrates on his work; hence, this is the achievement and reputation which her husband can get in the society.
